To provide a technique for easily manufacturing an electronic air-conditioning garment.SOLUTION: An electronic air-conditioning garment comprises: a neck part, a collar part, or an armpit part where a Peltier element 31 is disposed; and a front body or a back body where a heat medium circulating passage 34 and a battery 35 for supplying electric power to a pump 341 and the Peltier element 31 are disposed.
