To provide a manufacturing method of a composite repair component which can be manufactured rapidly and can be customized to special needs.SOLUTION: The composite laminate board manufactured from one or more of separate thin sheets of a composite material (e.g., a fiber-reinforced polymer) can be preformed and cured completely while being constituted so as to selectively match a desired curvature radius. For repair of a damaged composite structure, a repair component which comprises a plurality of the composite laminate boards being bonded together and being fixed to the damaged composite structure by using a bolt or other method may be formed; by this, the structure can be repaired by using the repair component which can be matched with a parent material of the damaged composite structure. The kit can contain a plurality of the preformed and cured composite laminate boards having been laminated with different arrangements together and combined and with which a repair component capable to be customized to a desired damaged composite structure can be fabricated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
