To provide a 2-liquid type polyurethane resin-forming composition and a 2-liquid type polyurethane resin adhesive composition that exhibit an excellent adhesive strength.SOLUTION: Provided is a 2-liquid type polyurethane resin-forming composition, comprising: a liquid A containing a polyol (A-a), a radical polymerizable compound (A-b) which may contain a polar group other than hydroxyl group, and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (A-c) containing a hydroxyl group; and a liquid B containing an isocyanate group terminal compound (B-a) and a radical polymerization initiator (B-b), and in which the polyol (A-a) has an average number of functional groups greater than 2, the amount of crosslinking points derived from the polyol (A-a) is 0.3 mmol/g or more and 1.6 mmol/g or less for the total sum (Rw) of the mass of the resin components consisting of (A-a), (A-b), (A-c) and (B-a), and the total sum (Aw) of the mass of the components consisting of (A-b) and (A-c) is 2 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less for (Rw).SELECTED DRAWING: None
