To provide an acoustic wave device and an acoustic wave assembly that have desired frequency characteristics securing attenuation.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device 10 comprises: a film bulk acoustic wave resonator (FBAR) 12 forming a band pass filter; and a Lamb wave element 14 as a loop circuit coupled to the FBAR 12 and configured to generate an anti-phase signal to a target signal at a particular frequency, where the Lamb wave element is mounted on a piezoelectric layer 15 on a common substrate 19. The FBAR 12 includes electrodes 13A and 13B on opposing sides of the piezoelectric layer 15. The Lamb wave element 14 includes an interdigital transducer (IDT) electrode 16 on the piezoelectric layer 15, and an electrode 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
