To provide a frictional cracking estimation device capable of quantitatively estimating occurrence of frictional cracking.SOLUTION: A frictional cracking estimation device has: a vehicle motion analysis part 31 which uses vehicle model data 40 and rail model data 41 to calculate force acting on dummy rails 51 when a dummy vehicle 50 travels on the dummy rails 51; a friction development analysis part 32 which uses the force calculated by the vehicle motion analysis part 31 to calculate a development speed of wear of the dummy rails 51; a crack development analysis part 33 which uses the force calculated by the vehicle motion analysis part 31 to calculate a development speed of cracking caused in the dummy rails 51; and a frictional cracking estimation part 34 which uses the development speed of wear and the development speed of cracking to estimate whether the dummy rails crack.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
