PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traversing drainage tool for an afforestation strip road which is formed so that a water beating part of drained flowing water comes at natural ground further on the lower side than banking.;SOLUTION: A traversing drainage tool for an afforestation strip road which is provided on an unpaved afforestation strip road and which dams and discharges flowing water includes: a long support square bar; and a first elastic material and a second elastic material mounted on the support square bar. The first elastic material is formed in a belt-like manner and mounted on the support square bar with an upper end protruding from an upper surface of the support square bar.
