PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction/blowout air pump of which the time required for sucking air inside of a storage bas is equal to that of a canister type cleaner, and which is compact, lightweight and capable of switching suction and blowout in the same port, and a suction valve for storage bag of which the time required for discharging air inside of the storage bag is shortened.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a suction/blowout air pump comprising: a drive mechanism part for blowing air which is sucked from an introduction port, out of a discharge port radially outsides; an outer shell part covering the drive mechanism part in a nest shape; and a channel switching part for switching a connection destination of an inflow channel of air flowing into the introduction port. In the channel switching part, a central gateway and an outer gateway that become an air gate way are formed. When channel switching part is disposed at a predetermined rotation position with respect to the drive mechanism part, the inflow channel of air is connected to the central gateway and a discharge channel is connected to the outer gateway, such that the central gateway is brought into a suction state. When the channel switching part is disposed at a different predetermined rotation position, the inflow channel is connected to the outer gateway and the discharge channel is connected to the central gateway, such that the central gateway is brought into a blowout state.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
