PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold and hot water circulation heat insulation panel that has high heat exchange efficiency and can maintain low temperature and high humidity by making use of a heat pipe using a liquid as a heating source or cooling source.;SOLUTION: A cold and hot water circulation heat insulation panel 1 is a stack structure consisting of a pair of surface plates 8, a frame material 7 interposed between side parts of the surface plates 8, urethane foam 9 and heat insulation material 6 filling a space formed of the surface plates 8 and frame material 7, and a cold and hot water tube 5 arranged at the heat insulation material 6. The cold and hot water tube 5 has a serpentine part where a plurality of parallel piping parts piped in parallel with each other in a horizontal plane have both ends formed in a U-shape. Further, the cold and hot water circulation heat insulation panel 1 is utilized as a wall body structure on a circumferential side of a prefabricated freezing store to obtain a windless cooling type prefabricated store which has high heat exchange efficiency and can maintain low temperature and high humidity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
