To improve convenience.SOLUTION: A receiving unit of a service management device 16 receives login information including user identification information and cooperation identification information of cooperation processing to be executed from an apparatus 10. A determination unit of the service management device 16 determines whether a cooperation setting for executing cooperation processing identified by the cooperation identification information is performed or not. When determining that no cooperation setting is performed, a storage control unit of the service management device 16 stores an authentication ticket indicating authentication of function use of a service providing device performing the cooperation processing and a temporary token indicating use permission to the service provision device in association with each other.
