To solve the problem in which: when an inattentive driving alarm is turned off, a driver may not be sufficiently alerted under a situation requiring attention.SOLUTION: An alarm control device 300 comprises: data acquisition units 41 to 43 that acquire sensing data a to j from sensors 6 to 15; a railroad crossing recognition unit 44 that recognizes a railroad crossing in front in the direction of travel of a vehicle on the basis of the sensing data; a railroad approach determination unit 45 that determines an approach of the vehicle to the railroad crossing on the basis of the sensing data; and a determination reference changing unit 46 that, when the approach to the railroad crossing is determined, sets a determination reference set for causing an inattentive driving alarm device 200 to activate an alarm in the front direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
