To provide a drainage kitchen dust processing equipment which dispenses with cleaning over a long period with an extremely small accumulation of pulverized kitchen dust and a drainage kitchen dust processing method.SOLUTION: This equipment comprises a cylindrical outer cylinder 2 with many percolation port 2c formed over the whole side face and the whole bottom face, a rotary shaft 3 arranged coaxially with the outer cylinder 2, two or more swivel blades 4 pivotally set on the rotary shaft 3 by changing height, and a drive motor 5 that rotationally drives the rotary shaft 3. The lowermost one of the swivel blades 4 is arranged to be positioned close to the inner bottom face of the outer cylinder 2, where each swivel blade 4 forms cutting blades on both left and right sides, and where the cutting blades are formed in a single-blade form in which the cutting blade face directs downward. This configuration heightens shredding effect by generating a strong downflow strong in the outer cylinder 2 and prevents the precipitation of sludge by generating an agitation flow in the drainage processing tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
