To efficiently evaluate whether medication guidance by a pharmacist is properly performed.SOLUTION: A storage part 130 stores medicine information 131 obtained by associating a medicine ID for identifying a medicine with a standard time of a time required for medication guidance of the medicine. A data acquisition part 110 acquires pharmacy preparation data 10 including a preparation ID for identifying a preparation executed in a pharmacy, a medicine ID of a prepared medicine provided by a pharmacist in the preparation, a pharmacist ID for identifying a pharmacist and an actual guidance time required for medication guidance of the prepared medicine from a store terminal device. The data acquisition part 110 stores the pharmacy preparation data 10 as pharmacy preparation information 30. An evaluation part 122 compares an actual guidance time with the standard time, and determines an evaluation value for representing an evaluation to the pharmacist executing the medication guidance of the prepared medicine in the preparation on the basis of a comparison result in each preparation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
