PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser transmission line reduced in diameter, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system, in laser medical treatment.;SOLUTION: A laser transmission line comprises: a hollow waveguide 62 for guiding a laser beam 56a; an exterior member 64 fixed so as to be united with the hollow waveguide 62, and comprising a metallic flat plate surrounding an outer circumference of the hollow waveguide 62; and a laser chip mounting part 61a provided at one end side of the hollow waveguide 62 and mounting a laser chip 70 for applying the laser beam 56a to an affected area. The exterior member 64 is formed of a multilayer structure having flexibility, and the laser transmission line 60 comprises a cylindrical torque transmitter for transmitting the torque of the other end side to the tip side.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
