To warn a user at work to take a rest at an appropriate timing even in an environment with no environment temperature measurement device installed.SOLUTION: A physical condition management apparatus for managing a physical condition of a user, includes: environment information acquisition means for acquiring environment information around the user; position information acquisition means for acquiring position information indicating a position of the user; load estimation means for estimating a work load on the user by referring to map information which associates a plurality of regions with the work load associated with a work performed in each of the regions, and on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition means; fatigue level estimation means for estimating a fatigue level of the user on the basis of environment information and the work load; and output control means for controlling an output of first warning information on the basis of the fatigue level estimated by the fatigue level estimation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
