To make it possible to secure a space of electrical equipment under a floor without oppressing a residential space on the floor.SOLUTION: A first tank provided on a floor of a railway vehicle to store liquid for flushing out excrement in a toilet bowl through a first piping connected to the toilet bowl, includes a first tank formed with a first concave part for arranging the first piping, a second tank that is provided on the floor, stores excrement of the toilet bowl sent by pressure through a second piping connected to the toilet bowl, and is provided with a second concave part for disposing the second piping, and a control part that is provided on the floor and makes the liquid flow from the first tank to send the excrement to the second tank by pressure with the vacuum control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
