PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engineering method of a duct line good in process tolerance in extrusion molding of a viscoelastic body.;SOLUTION: The invention has: a step for setting an initial shape of an inner wall surface of a duct line; a step for modeling the viscoelastic body as a fluid; a step for dividing a flow pass defined by the inner wall surface into prescribed elements; a step for setting a boundary condition at an inner wall surface, an inlet cross section and an outlet cross section defined by the inner wall surface; a step for setting an initial value of physical value at each element; a step for calculating the physical value of the fluid at each element; a step for generating a plurality of flow lines; a step for calculating cumulative elongation strain E showing the degree of elongation deformation which the viscoelastic body flowed in from the inlet cross section receives until it flows out from the outlet cross section based on the calculated physical amount; a step for calculating the distribution of the cumulative elongation strain E at the outlet cross section; and a step for changing at least a part of the initial shape of the inner wall surface so that the distribution of the cumulative elongation strain E is changed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
