To provide an information determination assistance device, an information determination assistance method, and an information determination assistance program which efficiently estimate malicious information.SOLUTION: An information determination assistance device comprises: a detection unit 2 which detects first characteristic information based on the body of a received e-mail; and an estimation unit 3 which estimates a likelihood of malicious information being contained in the received e-mail, according to the similarity between the first characteristic information detected, and second characteristic information detected based on the body of the e-mail not including the malicious information received in the past or a past schedule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
