To resolve the anxiety and bother with respect to using a marketing automation (MA) tool.SOLUTION: A marketing automation (MA) tool support system comprises: a data input screen conversion function of converting a standard data input screen provided in a marketing automation (MA) tool to another screen to which even a beginner can easily input data; an input data processing function of processing data inputted from the data input screen resulting from conversion by the data input screen conversion function, by standard data processing means provided in the marketing automation (MA) tool; and a result output screen conversion function of converting a standard result output screen provided in the marketing automation (MA) tool to another screen which even a beginner can easily understand, to output a processing result of processing by the input data processing function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
