To provide an on-vehicle machine capable of appropriately transmitting data enabling highly convincing for a driver with respect to driving evaluation.SOLUTION: There is provided an on-vehicle machine for transmitting, to a driving evaluation device, data used for driving evaluation of a driver of a vehicle, comprising an imaging part for imaging an image of the driver during driving of the vehicle; an image storage part for storing the image of the driver, that is imaged at the imaging part; an event determination part for determining whether or not a predetermined event is determined during the driving of the vehicle; and a data transmission part for transmitting, to the driving evaluation device, data of an image at a time when detecting the predetermined event among images of the driver stored in the image storage part, in a case where the event determination part determines that the predetermined event is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
