The display control unit 11 makes route guide information obtained through the route detection unit 6 displayed in the display unit 2 when the familiarity level determination unit 8 has determined that the familiarity is low, and stops the display of the route guide information in the display unit 2 when the familiarity level determination unit has determined that the familiarity is high.
