To form integrated database with high reliability from a plurality of database having personal information such as face image information, name, date of birth, sexuality, and address.SOLUTION: A database binding apparatus comprises: a record arrangement part 2 arranging a plurality of personal information read in a record reading part 1 in parallel and arranging data corresponded to an item of the personal information; a similarity calculation part 3 calculating similarity corresponded to the item of the plurality of individual information as compared to each item; a total point calculation part 4 calculating a total similarity from the similarity of each item of the personal information calculated and an inclination distribution coefficient preset, and calculating a total point summing the total similarity of each item; a data reliability determination part 5 determining whether the total point is a reference point or more to be preset; and a record integrating part 6 integrating the plurality of personal information which has determined as the reference point or more and writing it into the integrated database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
