PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for estimating a time series simulation value, which can comprehensively consider an uncertain factor with high prediction accuracy.;SOLUTION: A system 10 for estimating a time series simulation value includes: an initial setting part; a sample point generation part; a simulation part which calculate a simulation value corresponding to each of a plurality of initial sample points; a respective time emulation models generation part which generates a respective time emulation models for each of a plurality of predetermined times from the simulation value; and an emulation part which inputs values of the plurality of sample points to the respective time emulation models, calculates the emulation value corresponding to each of the plurality of sample points for each of the plurality of predetermined times, and estimates the time series simulation value for each of the plurality of sample points on the basis of the emulation value corresponding to each of the plurality of sample points for each of the plurality of predetermined times.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
