To provide a system, a device, a method and a program for supporting operation evaluation to an evaluation object person.SOLUTION: There is provided an operation evaluation support system for supporting evaluation to a prescribed operation which an object person performed, comprising: first display means for displaying a screen including a first selection column for selecting one object person from a plurality of object people, a second selection column for selecting one evaluation item out of a plurality of evaluation items, a first display component for starting imaging of the operation, and a second display component for displaying the imaged moving image; moving image generation means for generating moving image data by imaging the operation which the selected object person performs, according to selection of the object person, the evaluation item, and the display component in the screen; storage means for associating the generated moving image data, object person identification information, and the evaluation item identification information and storing them; and second display means for displaying moving image data stored in the storage means and associated with the object person identification information and the evaluation item identification information, according to selection of the object person, the evaluation item, the second display component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
