To provide a room reservation program which improves operational efficiency by more smoothly changing a room reservation, and a room reservation system which executes the program.SOLUTION: In a room reservation system 1, an operation device comprises: a voice recognition unit which acquires in-room voice being voice in each of object rooms which are at least one room available for use within a use period from a reserved use start time to a reserved use end time, and recognizes contents of the acquired in-room voice; and a change unit which uses information including at least the use period for each of the object rooms as reservation information to change the use period of an object room included in the reservation information in accordance with the contents of the in-room voice recognized by the voice recognition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
