To appropriately monitor a temperature on the basis of a temperature distribution imaged by a thermal camera at an arbitrary position.SOLUTION: A temperature management device comprises: a temperature distribution acquiring unit for acquiring temperature distribution in an imaging range by a thermal camera; a partial region identifying unit for identifying a partial region including the imaging range out of a plurality of partial regions obtained by dividing a measuring region of temperature; and a temperature recording unit for recording a representative temperature of the temperature distribution related to an imaging range included in the partial region in association with the identified partial region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
