PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold/heat insulation container capable of easily removing and assembling a cage truck and reducing the storage space required when not used.;SOLUTION: A cold/heat insulation container is provided with a container body having a top panel, a front panel, a left panel, a back panel, a right panel, and a bottom panel, and an exterior bag disposed so as to cover the top panel, the left panel, the back panel, the right panel and the bottom panel of the container body. The top panel, the back panel, and the bottom panel are rotatably coupled to the left panel or the right panel via couplings.
