To provide a dispersion of a carbon nanotube and/or graphene, capable of dispersing the carbon nanotube and/or graphene in a solution at high level, and maintaining a dispersion state thereof stably, and a manufacturing method of the dispersion of the carbon nanotube and/or graphene.SOLUTION: A dispersion of the carbon nanotube and/or graphene contains a low molecular surfactant and a high molecular surfactant, and has weight percentage of total sum of content of the low molecular surfactant and content of the high molecular surfactant to the solvent of 0.3 times to 1.5 times of weight percentage of the carbon nanotube and/or graphene to the solvent. The manufacturing method of the dispersion of the carbon nanotube and/or graphene includes an addition step for adding the carbon nanotube and/or graphene, the low molecular surfactant and high molecular surfactant to a solvent, in which weight percentage of total sum of content of the low molecular surfactant and content of the high molecular surfactant to the solvent is 0.3 times to 1.5 times of weight percentage of the carbon nanotube and/or graphene to the solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
