PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level distance measuring device with which it is possible to measure a liquid level distance stably with high accuracy by a simple configuration, and a multipoint liquid level distance measuring system with which it is possible to collectively measure liquid level distance at multiple points with high accuracy by a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: One embodiment pertaining to the present invention is a device for measuring the distance between a reference surface and a liquid surface on the basis of a difference in light-receiving time between a reflected light that is reflected at a reference reflection surface and a return light reflected at a liquid surface, the device comprising: a light source for emitting pulse light; a light transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting the pulse light to a liquid surface and receiving the return light; a light-receiving unit for receiving the reflected light and return light; and a signal processing unit for calculating a liquid surface distance from a difference in light-receiving time between the reflected light and the return light.
