To provide a composition for treatment or prevention of a disease associated with a decrease in bone mass and of improving bone architecture and bio-mechanical strength of bone.SOLUTION: The composition comprises an effective amount of genistein phosphate conjugate to be administered to a subject in need of such treatment. The composition can reduce the symptoms and the risk of complications of menopausal women, increase bone mineral content, bone density and bio-mechanical strength of bone, and slow down osteoporosis.
