To provide a technique for making an explainer make an explanation utterance such that a listener does not interrupt.SOLUTION: In an explanation speech analysis device for evaluating the speech of the explainer in the explanatory speech between the explainer and the listener, a voice acquisition part 30 acquires voice data of the explainer. A feature quantity acquisition part 31 acquires a feature quantity indicating acoustic features at the end of a speech segment of the voice data. A determination unit 32 determines whether or not the feature amount corresponds to a predetermined evaluation criterion determined with respect to the time variation of the feature amount. When the feature amount of the voice data acquired by the voice acquisition unit 30 is determined not to correspond to the evaluation criterion by the determination unit 32, an output unit 33 displays the utterance method to be executed by the explainer in order to correspond to the evaluation criterion on the display unit of the terminal used by the explainer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
