PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for employment and job change that can reduce the possibility of causing a company which carries out job offering based on false written information, and a job seeker to suffer loss.;SOLUTION: A support system 1 includes user terminals 30, 40 used by job seekers, and a server terminal 10 that mediates at least one of employment information or job change information related to employment over a network between the user terminals 30, 40.
