PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue analysis device, a biological tissue analysis program, and a biological tissue analysis method capable of identifying a degenerative state of a living tissue with high precision using hyperspectral data.;SOLUTION: A biological tissue analysis device for analyzing a living tissue by using a hyperspectral data obtained by correlating spectrum information of each pixel constituting a two-dimensional image with the hyperspectral data, in which the biological tissue analysis device analyzes the living tissue, includes: (i) a hyperspectral data acquisition unit for acquiring the hyperspectral data; (ii) an analysis target part extracting unit for extracting pixels corresponding to the analysis object region from the two-dimensional image of the living tissue; (iii) a degenerative state classification unit for classifying a degenerative state of the living tissue by unsupervised learning; and (iv) a degenerative state identifying unit for identifying the degenerative state of the living tissue by supervised learning.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
