To provide a logistics monitoring device, a logistics monitoring method, and a logistics monitoring program capable of certifying a transportation state in a luggage transportation route.SOLUTION: A logistics monitoring device includes: a transportation state acquisition unit which acquires a transportation state of a luggage stored in a storage container; an identification information storage unit which stores identification information; and a state data provision unit which provides state data including the acquired transportation state and the stored identification information to a system managing the state data in a distributed ledger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
