To provide a mobile accommodation and also enable unmanned reception operation.SOLUTION: In a reception management system including a terminal and a reception management device connected to the terminal via a network, the terminal is included in a portable accommodation, and the reception management device includes: an output unit which outputs, to the terminal, a guide for checking in the portable accommodation; an output pattern determination unit which determines, based on a predetermined condition, an output pattern indicating output contents of the check-in guide outputted by the output unit; and an output control unit which controls the output of the check-in guide by the output unit based on the output pattern determined by the output pattern determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
