To change an old business transaction by which current business is done by exchanging goods and money by eliminating a stalemate and circulating money smoothly between the following two systems because (A) the unsecured and 0-yen consumers have no money or collateral, and it is difficult for them to borrow those, and a loan does not come true, but (B) on the other hand, financial institutions seeking loans refuses lending them to unsecured persons and 0-yen consumers because of fears of debt.SOLUTION: Mirai securities will be issued as a mechanism for intervening with unsecured persons, 0-yen consumers and financial institutions. The issuance of mirai securities will revolutionize conventional business practices and provide loans to unsecured and 0-yen consumers.
