To provide a method suppressing consumption of network bandwidth when migrating too many small files, and a device.SOLUTION: A data dynamic migration method obtains relative load value of at least one data node and average load value of all data nodes (101), establishes the data node as a heavy-load node and adds it to a heavy-load node set by a descending order arrangement method when the relative load value of the data node is average load value or larger. Otherwise, the data node is established as a light-load node and is added to a light-load node set by an ascending order arrangement method (102). Data of each heavy-load data node of the heavy-load node set is migrated to each light-load node of the light-load node set (103). Dynamic adjustment of load of each data node is made, and data of heavy-load data node is dynamically migrated to a light-load data node.
