PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reform proposing system capable of proposing a reform at an appropriate time period.;SOLUTION: A reform proposing system 10 includes a managing server 12 provided at a house maker 11. The managing server 12 is connected to a plurality of houses 13 via a communication network 14. Each house 13 is provided with home electric appliances 31 to 34, and is provided with a storing unit 22a that stores utilization record information on the home electric appliances 31 to 34. A control unit 16 of the managing server 12 determines, on the basis of the utilization record of the home electric appliances 31 to 34 stored in the storing unit 22a of the house 13, whether or not there is a change in the way of living in the house 13 by a resident, and when there is the change in the way of living upon determination, gives a reform proposal relating to a reform of the house 13 to the resident of the house 13.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
