To provide combination of a serving cart with a serving cart tray in which a seeming scratch is automatically self-restored, and to provide the serving cart tray and a method of using it.SOLUTION: In the combination of a serving cart tray (tray) with a serving cart, the tray includes: a tray body 15 made of resin; a ground layer 16 laminated on the tray body; and a body protection layer 17 that is laminated on the ground layer and that protects the tray body. Also, the serving cart includes: a serving cart body; wheels installed in the serving cart body; and a support part that is attached to the serving cart body and that supports the tray. The body protection layer of the tray is constituted to suppress slide of tableware placed on the body protection layer and to self-restore a seeming scratch formed on the body protection layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
