PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the state of an examinee including sleepiness, a fatigue degree, and a tension degree utilizing information relating to blinking action of the eyes of the examinee.;SOLUTION: An examinee state determination device (driver state determination device 10) includes: a blinking action detection unit 11 detecting an eye blinking action that the examinee (e.g., a driver during driving a vehicle) performs unconsciously; a blinking interval detection unit 12 which detects a blinking interval including information of a time from a certain blinking action to the next blinking action among a plurality of times of blinking actions performed continuously; and an examinee state determination unit 13 which determines the state of the examinee on the basis of the blinking interval detected by the blinking interval detection unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
