To improve detection accuracy of an image noise in an image photographed when a subject moving while touching a touch panel is photographed by a biological sensor.SOLUTION: An image is photographed by a biological sensor while a subject moves while touching a touch panel, an input operation movement amount calculation part calculates a movement amount (input operation movement amount) on the touch panel of the subject moving while touching the touch panel, an image movement amount calculation part calculates a movement amount (image movement amount) for each area of the image photographed by the biological sensor, and a noise area detection part detects an area in which a change in the image movement amount does not coincide with a change in the input operation movement amount as an area including an image noise on the basis of the calculated input operation movement amount and image movement amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
