To provide non-human animals in which functions of TRPV2 (transient receptor potential vanilloid family type 2) proteins are inhibited specifically to skeletal muscle.SOLUTION: A non-human animal in which the functions of TRPV2 are inhibited specifically to skeletal muscle is provided. More specifically, a non-human animal in which the expression of all or part of genes encoding TRPV2 is inhibited specifically to skeletal muscle is provided.
