To provide a saccharide decomposition tank, a saccharide decomposition treatment system and a saccharide decomposition treatment method, capable of preventing generation of filamentous fungi and a biofilm which are factors impeding methane fermentation in a methane fermentation treatment of effluent containing a saccharide, and of stably carrying out the treatment thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a saccharide decomposition tank disposed on a front stage of a methane fermentation tank that carries out a methane fermentation treatment of effluent containing a saccharide, a saccharide decomposition treatment system comprising the saccharide decomposition tank and the methane fermentation tank, and a saccharide decomposition treatment method employing the same. The saccharide decomposition tank, the saccharide decomposition treatment system and the saccharide decomposition treatment method according to the present invention, decompose a saccharide present in effluent containing a saccharide in a front stage of the methane fermentation tank and reduce the saccharide concentration therein, and thereby can prevent generation of filamentous fungi and a biofilm in the methane fermentation tank and can stably treat effluent containing a saccharide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
