To provide a high drop-bag strength laminate for a packaging bag simultaneously having content resistance such as high-weight resistance, alcohol resistance, surfactant resistance, and acid/alkaline resistance, and a packaging material and a packaging bag using the laminate.SOLUTION: A content-resistant high drop-bag strength laminate 1 at least includes a substrate layer (A)2, a dry lamination adhesive layer 1(C)3, a metal element-containing barrier layer (D)5, a sealant layer (F)8 and a dry lamination adhesive layer 2(E)6. The dry lamination adhesive layer 2(E)6 is a layer formed from aqueous dispersion with an unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyolefin resin dispersed therein, and is neighboring the sealant layer (F)8. The sealant layer (F)8 is a layer formed by laminating a film with a pressure device heated at 80-200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
