To provide a route search device, electronic control unit and self-driving device that can search routes consistent with conditions users require.SOLUTION: A route search device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a map storage unit that stores three-dimensional map information with point group data; a passage condition storage unit that stores a passage condition of a moving body; a route creation unit that creates routes on the basis of the three-dimensional map information and the passage condition; and a route search unit that searches for the optimal route from a plurality of routes created in the route creation unit. The point group data includes: a latitude; a longitude; and an ellipsoidal body height that are acquired by a mobile mapping system and real-time kinematic. The passage condition includes passage direction information indicative of which any of a right side of a road and a left side thereof the moving body passes through. The route creation unit is configured to create a plurality of candidate routes corresponding to the passage direction information from the point group data. The route search unit is configured to search for at least the shortest route from the plurality of candidate routes created in the route creation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
