To provide a nozzle and a nozzle device capable of suppressing the deviation of ejection rate ejecting from an ejection orifice which is arranged offset from an inflow port.SOLUTION: A second nozzle 22 includes a second flow path 22b through which hot water, which is liquid, flows, a second ejection orifice 22a, and a second inflow port 22c. The second nozzle 22 is attached to a bathtub wall surface and ejects hot water through the second ejection orifice 22a into the bathtub. The second ejection orifice 22a ejects hot water with a direction crossing the bathtub surface as a central direction. The second inflow port 22c is offset from the second ejection orifice 22a at the center position between both ends thereof in one direction perpendicular to the central direction. The area of the second ejection orifice 22a is smaller than the area of the second inflow port 22c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
