PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a higher performance.;SOLUTION: An object is irradiated with two or more irradiation light of a prescribed phase difference, a charge generating by receiving reflection light reflected upon the object is sorted out to a first tap and a second tap in accordance with a distance to the object, and a prescribed number of detection signals are detected two by two about the two or more irradiation lights. Then, a correction parameter is calculated that corrects a deviation of a characteristic between the first tap and the second tap, using the prescribed number of detection signals. On the basis of the correction parameter and the prescribed number of detection signals, a depth representing the distance to the object is obtained.
