To provide a sole which does not give a sense of discomfort to a wearer in a standing position and can suppress a burden on a knee due to a bowleg in walking, and a shoe equipped with the sole.SOLUTION: A sole includes a deformable part 5 which is provided in a position that is on a ground contact surface side and corresponds to at least a rear foot part E1 on the inside in a width direction and can be elastically compressed in a thickness direction of the sole 3. The deformable part 5 includes an easy-to-deform part 6 provided on a rear end part of the rear foot part E1 and a hard-to-deform part 7 provided in a position adjacent to the easy-to-deform part 6 on a front side.
