To provide a holding mechanism that can hold objects having various shapes, a manipulator and a handling robot system.SOLUTION: A holding mechanism 1 comprises a first elastic body that can be bent, a second elastic body covering the first elastic body, and at least one protrusion member 15 provided inside the second elastic body.
