To provide a sample management support system and a sample management support program capable of reducing the occurrence of artificial work errors related to the preservation of a sample to a sample storage.SOLUTION: In a sample management support system, a work plan is generated by designating sample information, sample storage information, work items and scheduled work days, and the generated work plan is stored in a work plan storage unit. A standard operation procedure corresponding to the work item contained in the work plan is extracted, by designating the work plan stored in the work plan storage unit. Moreover, the sample information, the sample storage information, and the scheduled work day contained in the designated work plan are integrated into the extracted standard operation procedure, and a real work procedure is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
