To reduce fretting fatigue generated in a press-fitting portion of a shaft member.SOLUTION: A shaft member 11 includes a non-press-fitting portion 13 having a diameter d, and a press-fitting portion 12 having a diameter D greater than the diameter d, and an outer peripheral surface of the press-fitting portion 12 is press-fit to an inner peripheral surface of a press-fitting hole 14a of the other member 14. The pitching generated in the protrusion 12c of the press-fitting portion 12 prevented by fretting from extending to cracks is thus prevented in the groove 12b since a large number of protrusions 12c surrounded by a large number of grooves 12b on the outer peripheral surface of the press-fitting portion 12 are formed, and the durability against fretting fatigue of the shaft member 11 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
